MB8MY reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Fraud, misconduct, or suspicious activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member in question.
• Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, mb8my reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings held in that account.
